A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Born and raised in New York City, Daniel Menard is amongst the most distinguished mortgage bankers in today’s scenery.
With the competitive edge of starting off as a real agent/broker, he is also certified as a buyer’s representative and negotiations expert. This experience has allowed Menard to stay one step ahead of each clients’ expectations, along with the other real estate professionals that take part in each transaction. More than being an ordinary mortgage banker, Menard takes on an advisory position throughout all transactions, which has proven to become an asset for his clients. Specializing on the fundamentals of the purchase, refinance and commercial market with a focus on first time home buyers and new developments, he is known as a closer.
Daniel left the city to attend Binghamton University, where he studied political science. “Living and breathing the real estate business is my passion,” he says. “Becoming an expert on market conditions and constantly staying on top of today’s market trends allows the transparency, honesty and professionalism that is sought by all customers to make them feel at ease when dealing with a transaction that can be life altering. What I do is more than just help my clients and customers buy or sell; I help them understand all the viable options with a realistic approach in understanding the value towards profitability and equity growth.”

When not selling real estate, Daniel is creating new recipes and cooking up a storm in the kitchen, specializing in Haitian cuisine and family recipes and working out at the local neighborhood gym.
