Tomer Ahituv is a seasoned Mortgage Professional and Team Leader with over 15 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. He is a graduate of the New York University with a degree in Economics and currently maintains individual Mortgage Loan Originator licenses in 8 state (NY, NJ, CA, FL, MD, MA, PA and VA).
Tomer has found success in the mortgage business for many reasons but most notably for always putting the customer first. He ensures clients always secure the lowest possible interest rate at the absolute lowest cost and receive an elite level of customer service. He also strives to get loans closed in record time. His primary areas of expertise are residential purchase and refinance transactions. He focuses special attention on the unique needs of first-time homebuyers and assists hundreds of clients per year to become new homeowners.
Tomer provides smart, practical advice tailored to each client’s individual financial situation, carefully analyzing their goals and needs to ensure they find the ideal loan solution.
